Coaching

When new employees embark on a career at Golden Cube, they are set up with a Buddy from day one to get them situated in the company and make them feel welcome. Following several weeks into the firm, we work with you to create your professional development plan and set you up with a Coach for performance and career development guidance.

Industry Exposure

At Golden Cube, we work in multiple industries with clients at all levels of an organization, and in an array of business environments. Exposure to new industries allows you to sharpen your skills in business process improvement, strategy, IT applications, Project Management, etc.
